Last Saturday was one of the proudest days of my life to be honoured as Honary Vice President of Johnstownbridge Football Club..

The Green White and Blue has and always will be very close to my heart.

Keith, Paul and Rachel’s football came from both sides of the family. Their grandfathers played in Croke Park on Leinster Final Day 1949.

I would like to Thank everybody who I worked with on all different committees down through the years and I would also like to commend the present committee for ensuring we have the best grounds in the County.

I wish the club every success in the future.
